Same applies to the inverse (Ford motor in a Chevy). I could have had an EFI 5.0 from (I think) an old Foxbody to put in my Chevy for dirt cheap. Couldn't do what amounts to sacrilege...

I've never seen a ford motor in a GM, at least not yet. All the ones that I've seen they have upgraded to a different GM motor.

Well, it isn't exactly my brother's cup of tea, but I bought an LS400 to act as a donor for my 48 Fleetmaster... and there is another guy with a thread in Other Cars with a 46 Chevy that is getting a 2j from the looks of things.
