If you have an 18" wheel versus a 16" ...you will be higher than if running a 16. Think donks.

Yeah think donks. +1

Yup for lowest I mean how close the body is to the floor.
... so... if you want to be lower go get smaller tires if you want lol.

Absolutely right. Height is height in relation to the ground (fender lip to ground measurement or top of bumper to ground etc.).

Well, if we are talking about wheel and tire size...I have 18x8 (235/40) fronts and 18x9 (265/35) rears.

That supra is wicked nice!! And those are really nice set of coilovers  How much for those? I wouldnt mind a set for myself.

Thanks, it's a lot different looking now (look in my sig). I think that I paid $950 shipped for them back in June. They are very nice coilovers and good quality.

That's what I'm talkin' about, but really the overall tire height. Wheel size makes no difference.

This is right. Wheel size doesn't matter to an extent. I mean unless you're comparing 16's to 24's, but for 15-19, depending on tire selection you can have the same overall tire/wheel height. Like a 285/30/18 and a 225/50/16 have almost the same overall height, with the 18 actually being 0.2" shorter. Overall height depends on tire size, wheel size is a factor, but only because it limits what tires you can put on those wheels.
