i have the some problem but its not everytime i start my car, it just happens randomly

Check for vacume leaks as well if none of the other things work.

yeah the AFM is plugged in. I can hear what sounds like a leak by my intake manifold when the car is started but i don't know where its coming from. also i have a vacuum line that has a golf tee plugging it? its right above the A/C compressor?
