engine is stock NA 5 speed, intake, gutted cat, 2.5 exhaust.
3.73 lsd
255/35/18 tires/rims
tuned up and timing in spec.10-12 deg

all i have is high end, pulls hard!

Why do you have a turbo rear end? You need to get the engine into it power band just shift to a lower gear. When I cruz big sur I never drop below 3500 rpm.

well its kinda hard to shift to first while going 30 - 45 mph.
im usually in second while going though some tight corners, but if rpms drop
no low end at all.

Heel toe is your friend, plus your gear ratio isn't helping (there's a reason NA's came with the 4.30's)

How many NA can even pull 85% of max rpm with 3.7 or even 3.9 rear ends ?
Not many......
There are hp-mph conversions all over the net.
A wishful 200hp can not pull a car as big as a MkIII to 185 mph.

And learn to shift, or fix your syncros so that you can,
Then gear lower, and go faster.

no idea, i just remember someone posted a chart showing rpms with diff differentials and transmissions. I verified i had the r154 with one of the turbo rear ends. Does anyone have that link or chart?
