Low Bouncy Idle (Video)

I've had a low and bouncy idle for awhile now, I would usually have to rev it up to keep the rpms at around 700-800 only when the engine got warm. Now it has gotten worse, after a cold start it takes about 30 seconds for it to have a low and bouncy idle (dances around 400-500) almost to the point where it stalls, but it doesn't. Things that I tried doing so far:

Check Codes - None
Clean Idle Speed Control Valve
Check for Vacuum Leaks - (It Idles at vacuum inbetween 16-18 when its at 400rpm)

Any ideas? Here's a video to better understand...

Idle has to be at 650-700 to accurately set timing.

Have you checked the ISCV for correct operation? It should step full open when the engine is shut down...you can usually hear it click multiple times.

Did you look at the check valve under the ISCV to make sure it is not clogged or stuck closed?

swap with a friends ISC and see what happens at least check yours for proper resistance according to TSRM. If not stock, look for kinks in ISC supply hoses. Also, does it sound like its missing at all?

I don't have a friend that has an mk3 supra...I'll check everything this thursday more thoroughly when the rain clears. Also, do you think any leaks in the accordian pipe could cause a low idle? My intake pipe (https://935motorsports.com/catalog/...=1525&osCsid=08f914df94a4046f18a77bf0c1a75f0f) doesn't seem to fit snugly on the the turbo side because it hits the power steering reservoir...perhaps some unmeasured air is getting in and causing the afm to go wacko?

Edit: Oh yea and all the vac lines on the intake pipe are on snugly including the one on the bottom that connects to power steering pump.
Edit 2: No it is not missing, just a low bouncy idle, timing is perfect I recently changed the belt, but I had the problem long before I changed the timing belt.

This actually happened to my friends supra too. I rebuilt his whole top end for him. I strongly recommended that he should change the timing belt but he didn't. It was the original one. About a week later his car started doing the same exact thing. I would say its your timing. His jumped two teeth on the intake. and it ran like that... also his oil pump driveshaft pully bolt snapped off inside the shaft. and that got fcked up too. :nono:

The problem is resolved!!! My Intake Pipe on the turbo inlet side was loose and causing a very small leak, my idle is now normal in between 600-700... thanks for all the support
