i just spoke to the dyno guy. he said the 23rd should be fine and would be the best day to do it since he will be in bowling green after that for the next couple weekends.
he is calling me back today with a 100% yes and will see what we can work out for pricing options.

btw- i lmao at racing pidgeons

Well I've heard it all - pigeon racing. So, how do the riders stay on? That's got to be one hell of a ride! :icon_razz

It's good to hear this is coming together. Any idea on expected attendance?

ok! he already called back and said we are good to go for the 23rd. he said we can def work out some good pricing, but it will depend on number of people going to dyno. also, the start time will depend on how many are going to dyno. if 5 or so, then 11a-12p will be best. if its 10-15 then he said we need to start at 9am so we will have time to get them all done. so i really need a list of who wants to dyno so we can make final arrangements. i have to know no later than sept 18, but of course the sooner the better.
worst case if we only have a couple people dyno it will be ~$60 for 3 runs w/ the wideband. the more we have, the better pricing will be.

it sure is! thanks.

hookup is what takes the most time. if you want a single run it will be $35.
he also mentioned we can take time between the dyno runs for cool down. oftentimes places will do 3 runs one right after the other. this will allow some time for some tweaks if you want to do it.

I talked briefly to one of the owners a while back and they seem like cool guys.. maybe someone would be interetsted in getting them involved in this one? He said he used to be involved on SF but doesn't have the time anymore.

Thats my car on their page :evil2:, although they have it listed as an 88, great shop and great group of guys. the owner, Dan, has a 91 T that after they got done with my swap he was considering doing his also. They also have had quite a few high HP MKIVs come through there. thier Dyno Dymanics is where i made my 507HP pull, correted to Dynojet get me the 573! still confussed on that but its another topic.

Allow for more time for some tweaks and such, but heat soak as well!!! :cry:

If I do any upgrades between now and September 23rd, then I will dyno for sure...otherwise, I'll just be a' watchin'. :icon_conf
