He should come to Mobile and do that in the I-10 tunnel under Mobile Bay. The bridge is for echo/ sound enclosure.

Is that a really good why to fuck up your car real bad? I have never understood how a two step works... Is it like a jake brake on a semi that retards the engine through use of detonation or is does it lean out the engine? But if it does lean on it engine what are the causes for the fire?

No it plays with timing to limit rpms causing ignition to happen between the head and the turbo so you can build boost with no load for 5spd cars. It can damage exhaust valves and turbo but you gotta pay to play.
