Looks like oil. You can also smell the smoke and if its a real sweet smell then its coolant.

last i checked which was about a week ago i was fine on coolant and i just did an oil change so i wont be able to tell for a week or 2
but wen i changed the oil it was alil low but that doesnt suprise me since when im goin 70 mph i run at 3000rpm = / previous owners messed with the gear ratio im guessing
Seems normal if your n/a. N/a gear ration is 4.30:1.
Its your valve stem seals. I used to go 80 all the time in my n/a for hours at 3600rpm. Never once burned oil from that.
My seals went and it would smoke for a lil like that until kinda warm but if i drove it like that it would burn like a qt until it warmed up.

oh dam! ya im guessing my not that bad i aint losing that much oil but probably was low by a qt and a half wen i changed it so ill just replace the valve stem seals just to solve the problem or rule it out.
any one now of any "how to" threads for the stem seals?
I had white smoke from cold start that would clear up at op temp. When I replaced my valve stems it cleared up after two/three starts.
anyone now any good "how to" threads for the valve stem seal? cus ive been hearing about this rope trick you need to do to keep the valves in place but i have now idea wat ill be getting my self into
