your tire should come with a mileage warranty even if you didnt buy the extended or replacement one. so therefore you should be able to get it replaced and as everyone else said 1: dont tell them you hit a curb cuz you couldnt stop and 2: bitch and bitch loud, it goes a long way lol

Sorry to here the bad news

Although all seems well i would pull the wheels off and measure between the front and rear hub centres on each side, jus to make sure nothins moved.

UPDATE
i replaced the tire. Cost me $27 which is good. i had the prorated warantee at discount tire. they measured the tread left and calculated the cost based on how much tread was left on the bad tire. no questions asked.
