losing RMPs after turbo spools

hi guys/gals, I've had success in the past by asking questions oon here and i really appreesh ok so whats happening to my car is that when im driving under 3K rpm im fine but once turbo is spooling my engine rpm climbs but drops down by a line or two on rpm gauge and it feels like my car is struggling to get up there. if you know any thing that might help please feel free to comment or message me.
