I've never had one negative experience with them. I used to deal with Eric all the time and now I see he has been fired. I've bought probably twenty things from them and always received it in a very timely manner..............:dunno:

I bought my fluidyne radiator, titan upper rad. pipe, silicon hose kit and i think that's all from them, but i had no problems what so ever, and when i called i even got a better deal than what was on the website. Got my parts fast with no problems and would do business with again.

I bought all my BHG parts from them, customer service was great. However a few parts didnt fit despite the site saying it was for my car. They have like a 20% restock fee plus my BHG took so long, I didnt realize the stuff didnt fit for 2 months. Didnt think it was worth while to try and return the stuff after all that and Id just find a use for it later. Was just small stuff like a rad cap and a valve cover stud kit.

From my experice Id order from them again no question just because the service was really good. However, Ill be sure to double check the parts Will work for my car.

It sounds more so like they are having problems internally, management and staff and so forth. It shouldn't effect the relationships with products and customers.

EDIT: But I could be wrong.

I just bought a set of BC cams wed. from Kyle, so far the transaction has been great. He was very helpful, took the time with me on the phone, and informed me they'd ship out that day (it was 7pm) and should be here by monday I think it was... So we'll see in the next few days how my first experiance goes.

The GaySpace page is a slam on Chris and his practices and has little to do with the commercial side of HPF.

I bought many $1000's of parts from them and never had a problem but that's the luck of the draw in which salesperson fills your order, I had Jeff and Amber handling my order so got excellent service.

That myspace page is in such bad taste. It speaks a lot worse about the person that made it then the people it is about.

yea it is. when i got the request & read it, I was like damn thats some mean stuff to say. I've heard only good things from HPF, so hearing/seeing that was like odd.

The funny thing is that I bet HPF gets more new customers from people looking at that myspace page. People who never even heard of HPF will read that and go to their website. That generates sales. He is actually advertising for them for free and doesn't even realize it.
