I picked up my 89 off ebay down in St. Louis 3 years ago, basically towed it out of a junkyard/impound yard of some sort, it was AFU, but love the rust free bodies down there compared to up here, salt sucks! Old owner would shit if they saw under the hood now!

hey guys i just saw this thread and thought id say whats up. im in warrensburg and have a black 89 turbo, and a 90 targa shell. if anyones close to the burg, hit me up id like to get together and talk cars or just bs whatever. i hope to make it to the meet also.

Anyone who comes from out of town like myself NEEDS to plan on making a weekend out of it. The St.Louis scene is pretty dam impressive car wise. Sonnic was almost out of a movie(cant believe they get away with it). And the group/anycar river road cruise was just a insane amount of cars on a back hwy...i'll never forget that drunk guy working undernieth his mr2...on a incline...piping hot motor...VERY wobbly lil jack...and oh yeah, he was drunk!!! Oh, the good times.:icon_bigg

i might be a missouri resident in a year or so too. migth move to springfield to go to missou state. i have a lakehome in mercer, mo WAY up north but i currently reside in des moines. id be down for a meet if it wasnt too far away.

I don't do any body kit. Stock is almost always best. The tail on the late Mike Urbano's car looked good. And the front air damn on Ron Ramirez's ride looks good too.

I have only seen those on the internet.
