I know I read that thread . I'm just saying, they are more likely to crack from what I've seen. Plus, I just think they look cheap / like knock offs. I could tell you where to get the same style rim as yours but better.

No they don't look bad, I like them! Not sure how much...but I do like them. So do you know exactly what rims those are or who's car it is?

Yup I rock Rota's on my mk3 as does Iceberg (the original that turned me on to them)

Heres a mkIII supra with what I think are Watanabe's also. I have some RS-8 Watanabes on my Miata. You could check rbmotoring.com for watanabes, I see some on there from time to time.

But seriously I'd be afraid to buy new high end rims, all it takes is one stray pot hole and their toast.

Yeah, especially w/ all the pot holes WI has from the 92" of snow being plowed off the road this winter. I'm actually worried about buying any.
