Looking for parts in North Puget Sound area

Anyone have any thoughts of where I can get some used parts for my MKIII? Looking for a front and rear bumper for my '88.

Also, any body shops that will do some frame work.

I have both do luck front bumpers type 1 and type 2. $100 ea. Also have a stock rear bumper.
