Unfortunately, I cant afford JDM tyte rims, and I dont really like any of them anyways except for the Work VS-XX and they are $2200... soo I will stick to my "pepboyish" rims for now :D

Most of the wheels rb motoring have are really inexpensive, as far as wheels are concerned. Did you check the prices? You can get some really nice wheels for around $1000

I just got an email from someone selling the Ruff wheels and he told me that the 280 model weighs in at 22lbs. Thats pretty damn good for a 18x9.5 wheel, unless hes lying which is a possibility.
Can you get more than the +20 the ones in the auction have?

Edit....I just saw the +35 option

Ok awesome I made up my mind. I am going to be getting myself some Sportmax wheels.

I just have one problem... What tires should I get? I would like to purchase an Ultra High Performance set, nothing too expensive. I have been pricing out some tires at tirerack.com and this is what I am looking at getting.

Kumho SPT
BFG G-Force Sport
Falken FK452

The tires I am looking for are 245/40/18 and 275/35/18. Which tires do you recommend or is there something else for around the same price that you think is better?

I had the older model Falken FK451s. Very inexpensive(relative to other brands and prices), they lasted a good long time, and had sufficient traction in a straight line and in a turn for me. Worked pretty damn well in the rain too

I went through 2 sets of those in about 4 years, daily driven.

Haven't had any experience with the 452 but I would expect similar results...

These were 235/45/17 and 265/40/17 (MKIV wheels)

No experience to compare to the other two tires you mentioned.
