None of them are low milage anymore prolly. Better off to just find a good block and head and do a rebuild. A lot of 7m's from japan usually have a bhg anyways. Plus you will still need your egr stuff if you want to pass emissions.
If you are talking about just a motor that is possible, but rather expensive. If you are talking about a full car, it won't happen. I have an article on the main ( home page ) about this whole topic. I will wait to find out if you mean the motor or the entire car.
Just google jdm engine and stay away from tiger japanese. Check them all out and look at there warrenty or you could go on ebay if you wanted.

+1 on the shady shit Tiger Japan does. I ordered an engine through them, while I was in Germany. An engine that they swore was pressure checked before it shipped to me. As soon as it got to me I did a pressure check and it failed. It had 2 intake valves stuck open. Order something from Canada before you order from them.
When you do find one, I would HIGHLY advise one of the following things
1 - compression test
2 - compression test and a full rebuild to be safe
You never know what you are getting especially when you don't see the motor running before removal.
