wow you got one eh did you get the rare blizt turbo kidna like the bag trubo but the hot side was diffent and block the waste gate off fully from the trubine

Like Nash mentioned that's from the Blitz 7MGTE "BAG" turbo upgrade. It's Blitz's equivalent to the HKS sport turbo, which included the upgraded turbo, a CT26 style turbine housing, and of course the elbow. Have seen and aware of this upgrade from the mid to early '90's. Nice find on your part..

Does it reintroduce the wastegate stream immediately before it gets out of the elbow?????I would think it was used with a aftermarket DP, to keep them separated a while. That type of discovery would put me into discovery mode with the rest of the motor.
Hmm...I'll take a closer look at the turbo and maybe post some pics of that too.

I just remembered that I sent that turbo in for the 57 Trim upgrade. So, if it was anything special, it's been upgraded...or downgraded depending on how you look at it.
I sent it to Performance Techniques in CA. I wonder if they upgrade YOUR turbo or if they have upgraded ones on the shelf and just swap yours out with one of theirs once they determine that yours is a good core. Hmm...worth a phone call I guess.
From what I remember though, it looked pretty standard when I sent it. It had 'CT26' stamped on the housing.

Speaking of odd JDM finds. I found a Fett turbo timer in the RHD clip I am recycling and one ever heard of the company?
