I think itd be better if you could extend front so the TB would be in front of the alt and no mod to the alt would have to be made. Maybe like a curved piece of pipe welded to the front of it. Just my .02..Looks very good tho!!

I might take you up on that sir.

Also i can make this a pnp with all the sensors, which is one of the options i offer :) csi ,isc is no problem to have on there!!

The trick will be to keep them in there original locations so the OEM hoses can be used with the sensors.

yea, let me know what you find and how much extra it's gonna cost me. But I was wondering, isn't this something you can make at a machine shop in bulk?

I bought a whole intake manifold with sensors and TB off ebay for $40.00 a while back. Or you can hit up your local salvage yards. If you need a whole motor and order one they usualy come with both manifolds attached.

mmm....ok

hmm..It just so happens i have a gte swap in my garage in need of a rebuild with EVERYTHING including IM..

I dont even care if all the factory hoses and shit can connect..Just as long as the provisions are on the IM for csi and isc im all good. Extending wires and hoses is a cake walk.

And then there is variable geometry manifolds like with Toyota's ACIS, where valves inside reflect the air pulse after the valve closes, back to the intake valve, creating a mild supercharging effect. A short runner can not effectively fill the cylinder at low rpm, and the longer one can not fill it at higher rpm. There isn't enough time.

So madsupra, your idea of a clean engine bay is to be able to see the entire valve covers. Ok, sounds good.

By the way, that isn't clean, this is.

That is a clean STOCK engine.... however like MOST people on this site, I like to modify things.

The stock engine bay is a CLUSTERFUCK. There are no ifs, ands, or buts about it. Theres 30 ft of vacuum hose, 15 ft of IC piping, things that performance motors dont need, etc. Now im not saying everyone doesnt need these things as obviously toyota put them there for a reason. But a lot of people who have supras have them to modify them.

Compare your picture of a clean engine bay with this one:

NOW THAT is a CLEAN UNCLUTTERED engine bay. And the FFIM is a BIG part of that.
