Yup on the firedbirds they usually dont have any badges where you can tell its a V8. Most of the time you tell if its a V8 or a V6 by the exhaust. Thee V6 always has a single exhaust and the V8 is dual, unless its the exhst was modified.

not true i have a 2000 firebird 3.8l v6 stock in my driveway now with duals. not to say fuzz raced a v6 car just to claer up the misconception that v6s only have single exhaust.

Ok I was thinking more of the 93-97 V6 F-body generations........ Im not too sure on the newer firechickens.:biglaugh:
