This might sound a little weird but my passenger window only goes up with the passenger switch and only goes down with the drivers switch....does anyone know why? And yesterday I realized my left turn signal on the dash stopped working after installing my speedometer cable....could i have messed something up?:1zhelp:

the window switch thing is VERY common. Typically its because of dirty contacts or a faulty master switch. Try disassemblind the master switch and blowing some compressed air at it a bit and see what happens.

yes the switches arent that hard to take apart, but I suggest in addition to some air that you use some contact cleaner and follow that up with dielectric grease just before re-assembly.

thats a weird window switch problem, i've only seen one side working and then not the other. like theWeezL said, don't forget the dielectric grease when you put it back together.

as far as the turn signal, is it making the clicking sound and work correctly but the light in the cluster doesn't work? if thats the case, that bulb could be burnt out, or it could have popped out of its place when you changed the speedo cable.
