Im pretty sure when they say BOLT-ON they mean that the turbine housing bolts to the exhaust manifold, and the down pipe bolts to the turbine housing, and the stock O2 sensor bolts up.

As far as the compressor housing its only rubber hoses, so even if they are the wrong size you can just get silicone adapters. Check out www.Driftmotion.com

Also why would you leave that stock intercooler and plumbing if you have such a nice big new turbo? For less than $500 bucks you could have an awesome intercooler and big new plumbing.

well, i have all new piping and a new spearco replica intercooler, the only part i haven't replaced was that one rubber piece that comes right off the turbo. the turbo should be coming early this next week and my car is at a shop where the turbo is being put on, so i'd like to have the parts i need when the turbo comes in so i dont have to wait any longer to get my car back and running. here are 2 pictures of it

im i recall correctly, it is a 2.5" outlet on the turbo, which is larger than stock. so you will need either a reducer if your going to use the stock ic piping, or just fabricate some 2.5 inch piping to go to your new ic.

also, the turbo your getting doesnt come with the lipp hi-flow turbo elbow (3"). if your downpipe doesnt have the elbow included, then your gonna want to buy a new elbow.

While I am in agreement on the stock intercooler, it should be noted that the better the turbo, the less of an intercooler you need.

All other things being equal.
