both good motors. you just have to bang the firewall a tad for the rear turbo to fit on a 2jz. 1jz's have smaller turbos so its not a problem. or you go 2jz with a single.

ok so besides the clearance issue what tranny can i use r154 or???? any other issues and it looks to be like 1jz and 2jz jdm had same power but usdm 2jz had a lil more. i emailed arron at drift motion hopefully he will hook it up with moter and everything i need for either swap well see car still in prep pros for paint but will be done soon. f i hate sanding
r154 witha 1jz bellhousing. on the jdm motors the 2jz had smaller injectors than usdm. japan is limited to 280 hp.
