Thank you, thank you! I really like KFC, but I never get out. The one in town is right next to Chilli's, and I figure if I'm going to spend cash on KFC, I might as well sit down, relax and have some steak and a couple Presidente margaritas. LoL

Ive had coon and squirrell and both are quite tastey if done right.

This recipie was actually less greasy than the restraunt style because I used boneless skinless chicken breasts.

i tried it yesterday. And i must say very very similar! i noticed that when i was eatign this chicken that the skin was much more textured then the KFc and that it didnt leave you feeligndead afterwards. After working at kfc for 1.5 years, i could notice differences, but give this osem ranom person and it would be hard to tell.. A+!

Joe you're good here. We all know you like KFC. I like Churchs and Popeyes... as long as I don't get shot at while getting them. All the church's and popeyes are in the deeeeeep hood around here in indy. Im just a little snowflake lol.
