Lifting weights vs Calisthenics

I am a PT and been doing it for 5 years, but all personal trainers don’t agree ....... However to me calisthenics is the way to go for major fat loss and it’s easier for people in the beginning stages, but its not limited to just beginners.

Calisthenics gives you the best of both worlds, you get the desperately need cardio that the average person leaves out along with the weight/strength training aspect.

Personally I am not a big fan of supplements outside of vitamins. However if you want to get results faster in terms of muscle gain you can do the shakes or simply eat better quality foods. It’s much cheaper to eat healthier….
