Has anyone shaved/filled the license plate hole/indentation on our front bumpers? Trying to see what people have done in the past and what works/doesn't work. Thanks!

you have to basically plastic weld it. Bondo/body filler will just crack off over time, same with fiberglass. if you search you should be able to find more info, it was posted years ago either here or on SF.

You can buy plastic welding "rods" that are the correct material for our bumpers, and you just melt it on, layer by layer, and then use a plastic filler to finish it.

I'm pretty sure the bumper skin is made of polyurethane. As it is a thermoset plastic, melting isn't an option. I would expect a urethane-based filler would work, given proper surface preparation for good adhesion. That is, if anyone makes a urethane filler.
