Lexus swapped gte with r154

Hello!

I'm new to supra mania. Just wanted to introduce myself.

Name is Aaron.

I have a 93 Lexus sc300 swapped with a jdm supra (not aristo) 2jzgte. I also mated a jdm mk3 1jz r154 to the 2jz converting the sc300 from auto to manual.

I did the swap myself. I have pictures on my local dallas forum thread. here is a link to that thread.

I'm not that auto savvy with performance wise subjects, but hey I did the engine swap and did the wiring myself (sorta had a book to guide me) so I can't be that retarded.

I have a bunch of questions regarding the r154 which is mainly why I joined this community. I don't think I can ask alot here so I will keep it brief. I'll be around looking, searching, and making threads.

Did you get an actual soarer tranny or did you have the shifter arm lengthened?

Are you certain that your clutch is working properly? Pull the inspection plates and have somebody push the pedal, make sure everything is okay there.

I have a jdm r154 from a 1jz supra with an extended shift LINKAGE.

Also, it was working properly one second then the next it locked up. More detailed info in my thread at the 7mgte technical section.
