Lexus IS300 wheels on 87

I hope this is the right section to post, and yes i searched for a good long time before i posted......
I found a good deal on a set of IS300 rims with brand new tires. My question is..... does anyone have a pic with these on a black 87T an also they are only a 215/45/17 seems a bit skinny i think? any pics or comments

Never thought of this I got a set sitting in my shed right now. Im gonna go see what they would look like.

well isn't that a coincidence. you'll get your one in a million picture...right here on a forum of thousands.

i've always liked those too...but 215 is skinnier than our stock razorblades...i need rubber on pavement.

The wheels look nice, what kills it is the offset. I have an IS300 and installed a set of wheels on it that on a Supra (the outer lip) was placed about the same as the stock supra wheels. On the IS300, on the other hand, I had to roll the fenders to make them fit.

I reckon if the Supras pictured above were to take a pic front-to-back close to the body, you might not see much of the wheels... That's how far in they sit...

Borrowed from one of my friends Looks great but you need spacers too run them! You can see how the offset affacts the looks on the first picture
