What model of Lexus does the AFM that everyone is after come out of? I have a friend that is looking for one and I need a short quick answer...

I got both of mine out of a 95 and 96 SC400.

Also do we just use the LEX AFM housing? Or can we also use the electronics? Or are the electnoics both the same? THanks

Heh ya that ones expenisve but probably worth it. You could probably find one at a junkyard. I paid 70 for mine there. I'm cleaning it up a bit with my dremel and is looking pretty awesome.

There was 5 at the local junkyard here. Took all of them . If your looking for one feel free to pm me. I only have one left that i was going to use but am looking into doing a headgasket before upgrading haha.

I got it from a junkyard in MA so technically the ones from NH might still be there :sarcasm: haha


But...I only have one left that i was going to use but i don't think i'll use it any time soon as i'm saving for a soon to be a BHG (Coolant problems happening left and right, i know its gonna happen soon). That's taking priority. Where from new hampshire are you?

Im up in the Alton area, i have a couple mk2s, and a supra turbo bone stock jdm engine swap, i just got it so i need to do some bodywork/paintjob before i begin any upgrades, but I will need a lex housing....sooner or later. I plan on learning MS over the summer, and really turn this car out.
