Most people pgrade to 550's. Just make sure to stay away from Venom Injectors, They are usually just bored out stock injectors!
Look on here(In For Sale) for some flow tested injectors or even ebay works!

Annnnnnd, which in turn, You probably did this mod to up your boost. Might as well do it right and add a Walbro 225LPH fuel pump.(Another common fuel upgrade)

Anytime you upgrade to a Lexus AFM, you need to make sure you have the approximate 15% better flowing injectors. With a Lexus AFM, you are sucking in a BUNCH of air...and with more air and same amount of fuel, you will run LEAN. If you run lean too badly for too long, don't plan on having a running motor for much longer.
Get that thing off of there unless you've got at least 550cc Injectors.
There HAVE been people that ran a Lexus AFM without bigger injectors, but they, at the least, had an AFPR, AFC and Wideband....and even at that, it's not recommended.
So..to sum it up? Get that thing off of there!!!!!

I understand though, it's tempting. I've got a Lex AFM sitting on my shelf right behind me...but once you get 550's or bigger, Theeeeeen you'll notice a difference in power...even without tuning.
They say that for the upped percentage of airflow, 550cc Injectors are almost perfect of an upgrade with a Lexus AFM...Actually, With the Lex/550's combo completely untuned or anything, it will typically run a tad rich...but yeah, you understand the concept.
