search on the NA cams as its been discussed to all high heaven. as for the screw i think its a crock really, there is a stock screw there that offers much in the way of adjustment and without a afpr, SAFC, or some other tuning aid i think people are just looking for ways to mess with their cars, i know i dobut i dont see a point to it really
The screw did help to get a stable idle, but that's about it...the ECU compensated for everything else. When I bought my Lex AFM, the mofified screw came with it...I don't think buying just the screw is worthwhile though.
