They are very nice, high quality, perfect fitment...Jaws does a great job on these.
You will need longer bolts to attach to your differential. Here's a write-up I did on the install:

well its the same length as my old one, only downside is this one will make me go faster.
good news is its prettier, and not bent in the middle (women really tend to hate that)
