stay strong. It took me 4yrs to finally quit.January 9th 2001 i bought my last pack of marlboro menthol lites (ohh that smooth smoooth taste of laramies) and jan12th i finnished the last smoke and ive been nicotine free ever since.I cant stand the smell of ciggies or the stench of smokers anymore.I feel like vomiting if i have to smell it.After 4months your chest may get sore and ache for a couple weeks.Dont worry,my dr said its cause i quit smoking.
Just have to lose the association of smoking and coffee, after meals and when your bored.
Good luck with your quitting :icon_bigg

Quitting aint easy, girl upstairs is trying to quit cold turkey, which being at college... isn't such an easy task. My brother-in-law has just about completely kicked it. Good luck on the quitting guys
