From estimations over on CS.com 500hp at the rear wheels is good for 10s. I'm building for 800hp at the rear wheels.

It'll probably just spin all the time in any gear.. haha

I just have to find time when I'm not busy to get out there and finish her up.

With 800hp at the rear wheels, in theory I should be running ~9.1 sec. @ ~150 mph. That's all theory though, perfect conditions, traction, driver error, etc.

I'm excited for this summer.

So how about a blast from the past?!? Haven't been on SM in quite sometime. Figure I should update this build thread so people know where it sits... finished the car in 2011 drove it had fun, learned, and had problems... now I am in the process of building it again. My friend Matt 'NewGen' explained it the best, "You are in for the build...'.

I have some more pictures of the engine bay shave and repaint we did.. but I can't seem to locate them on photobucket right now..

Anyways, hopefully this gives some closure to those who wondered if it was ever finished.. well it kinda was.. but now I am going a couple more steps with the second build. Haha
