For some reason, my 680cc injectors just doesnt want to seal, i've been taking it off and on like 3 times already. And its not like a leak but more like a stream; I don't know what the deal is. I just got them serviced with new o'rings and flowtested and i even tried putting in my old injectors o'rings and still having the same problems. I was just wondering if anybody ran into the same or similiar problem. And for some reason it just leaks in the number 6 runner. Tried puttin on a different rail and still the same problems. Am clueless:aigo:

Any help be appreciated.

I had to play around a bit with different size spacers than stock when I used the 680s since they are a bit different size than the stock fuel injectors but I did get them to work mine were just snug enough so I could turn them when in the rail if you put them side by side you can see the difference.

Its weird.

The fit loose enough so that i can turn them with a little resistance. But like 1 or 2 would turn alot easier than the other 4. Than there is one that fits it tight where you need to put a lil more muscle to get them to turn.

The o'rings i got from injectorservices.com when i had them flowtested. Am guessing i just got a generic o ring. I bought some at my work that are a little bigger and try that out.

and Lintlars- where did you get the spaces from?

yep, they are slightly a different length than stock. we send spacers w/ our kits. sometimes they are not required, it depends on the condition of your rail dampers. often they are rock hard from heat and age. they should have a little give to them.

it sounds like your spacing is off and maybe your rail dampers need to be replaced. the injectors should give a little resistance when trying to turn when they are in there correctly.

have you also inspected the grommets in the head? perhaps one or more are bad causing the injectors not to seat properly on that end.

good luck
