My SSQV (2nd gen) authentic HKS is leaking quite a bit of air during a pressure test out of the front vent. Is the common cause dirt or other? ie part failure.
I attempted to disassemble however, HKS' brilliant idea to use allen bolts backfired as most smaller Allen bolts seem to, and stripped a few of them. Just trying to decide if this is worthwhile to drill all these out and attempt a clean or if this is more of a mechanical failure and more worthwhile to just get a new BOV. Size is a limiting factor of replacement choices as I'm using the original ETS IC kit which places the BOV just below the front lip. I've searched around and found little to no 'rebuild' kits for replacement seals and such.
