leaking water jacket issue

Theres this leak in between my water jacket where it connects to the water housing dead on at 16278A in http://cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/EPC/291420/catalog.aspx?F=1603&P=2

I can see the water droplets forming right there and I took some pics.

The problem is I can't get it to go away.

I drove round trip 2 hours to Driftmotion today(not in the supra of course) and picked up the gasket along with a ct26 gasket set and changed em all out. Just threw her back together and its leaking twice as much as before now. Before it was 1 drip per sec now its 3 per sec.

This makes no sense... the new gasket is on and tight I even cleaned up the surfaces.. I can see the drips form on the bottom of the gasket at the mating surfaces.

The water jacket is in better shape than my old one I bought it off a member here or on SF can't remember.. The only thing I can think of is a crack but I can see the droplets forming right there at the gasket...

Ideas?

I'm thinking of maybe double gasketing it... because maybe the mating surface on the water jacket is curved a bit, it kind of looks like it may slightly be...

if it isnt cracked, why not use water pump rtv or something

Did you use any rtv or you just used the gasket itself?

I ended up using 2 gaskets and it sealed it up nicely.
