I oiled the retractors, and they retract better... a bit at least.

I didn't do it to offend anyone... Nor am I trying to be inconsiderate, it was inadvertant...

I just asked a question, because I was curious. Generally speaking, when you use all-caps, it makes it look like you're yelling at everyone, and it looks out of place in the thread listing, so I like to make sure people don't misunderstand other people with thread titles that look like they're yelling at everyone.

How about you take a step back and look at what you just said, then I'd suggest an apology is in order...

I had this problem on my 1990 on the driver side, I ended up replacing the whole unit including the belt for 100 dollars from a place in St. Louis, can't think of the name that carries tons of toyota parts.

Oh and Jeff is excessivley nice compared to a lot of mods, although shaeff's always been fair too. Although those are the only two mods I have really dealt with.

i dont really have a huge problem with the seat belts on my car. altough they do retract a tad too slow for my likeing.

My transit van however is another matter. the passenger side belt keeps fouling the door and causing annoying issues so if theres any usefull advice i can adapt ill be most pleased

Furthermore anyone who likes cosmo kramer is cool as hell IMO so it's all good. Even if he's a racist I don't care, he's hilarious.
