Swapping from auto to manual (R154).

What else do I need?

Have got the transmission + shifter and cover
Clutch pedal assembly.
Master + Slave cylinders + line
Both wing brackets
New full clutch kit
Turbo Flywheel + bolts

Hope I didn't miss any parts that I have.

Any tips? My best friend (transmission mechanic) is doing it in 2 weeks hopefully.

Also, who was it in the Kennesaw (Georgia) area with that black supra who drove past me last week?! (I was also in a black supra)

It helped me to have ordered the lower spedo cable . Soes away with the metal elbow on the auto tranny.
Remember if you want your cruise to work to also wire the neutral start switch wires to the clutch neutral start switch, through firewall. If you simply wire them together the ECM thinks the car is in Park or Neutral and no cruise ^^

Shifter bushings also, got mine from marlin crawler, made a huge difference in feel. Redline MT-90 fluid also.

Good Luck ^^

Shifter bushings.... are they in between where the shifter meets with the tranny? (under the cover) because it does look like it will be a little floaty.

Lower speedo cable. I'll see if I can get it.

Thanks.

Count, the lower cable is only about 14 or 15 inches long and cost me $18 from Champion Toyota. The Marlin Crawler bushings are about the same cost and are made out of polyurethane. The bushings will solve the mushy shifter feeling and the speedo cable will make your install easier.

Hope it all goes well for you !
