I plan on joining when I get my supra finished. My friend has the most awesome 78 Scirocco that he races. + Its the only way I know of getting onto infineon raceway without dropping a dime.

He said he's goign to visit me on sat and hit the twisties by my house. GET BACK ON TOPIC!. So..... Hows that gte comming along?

On friday, Bill(Yellow13) is gonna head to my place and were gonna drop my gas tank see whats up with my leak and if worst comes to worse well just swap my new tank in with some working electornics(not too sure about the ones In there now as this tank was sitting in a side yard for who knows how long!
As for tomrrow. Im gonna clean the tank off. Drain the contents of the tank now... I believe most of it is water. None the less it needs to come out.

I opened it up. it smells like gas (Duh!). Im sure most of it is gas now and not water as previously thought! now I need to find a way of draining the tank.... I was thinking getting a manual fuel pump to get it outta there as opposed to opening the bottom up and draining her that way. I really dont have any place to drain her out.

That would work.... I figure ill just crack her open with the drain plug. I just need somthint o hold the gasoline in without eating it up!

So now im gonna have 2 gas tanks.... My one I got for free. The one im taking outta my car. And then Bill is giving me his spare after we(he) drains it out just cause his pump is lower milage than the one in my car (150kish?) compared to my 190-200kish pump. No hassle with the other two.
