I went ahead and got the beast!
We now have like an official wagon crew here with Eddie and our friend gleb.

I'll be rebuild the engine in the supra, while I daily drive this beast and get good gas mileage. I did a budget with my girlfriend tonight and it looks like I'll have 400, maybe some more to spend on parts a month. I might borrow some more money from my parents, and pay them back. We'll see.

I'm considering buying some cheap ass 4 lug wheels, and throwin em on there. Then again though, that's money that could be put towards the supra, so we'll see.
hahaha, the man can't bring me down! The man won't be hasslin me for awhile, it's really slow, and really quiet.
hooked, I don't think a 7m would fit in there, there's not as much room as the cressida/mark II chasis'
Okay, so did a couple things today to the new whip. Took the day off and cut the springs, took out some of the leaf spring set up for a nice bouncy ride :naughty:
Also picked up some rubbing compound and wax at Schucks and went at the hood to start. The previous owner had tried to just wax without rubbing it down first, or even wiping the wax clean after he did, so there's white marks all over.
Can't really tell too well in the picture, but this is an example of the wax marks.
And what I did to the hood, really can't tell in the picture, need to take a picture in the sun of it.
Couple pictures of the interior and how freaking mint it is!
DROP IT LIKE IT'S HOT! Perfect height, and I'm satisfied, I don't care if it's all bouncy, it's way better than stock height!

My plans for the supra:
Option one:
Rebuild the engine, possibly get a new head, MHG, all that good stuff.
-Pricing on this anyone? rough estimate.
Repaint while it's down and have the body all straightened out.
-Not sure how cheap I can get all this done for, but Eddie's uncle has a body shop. Still need to decide what color to paint it. I'm thinking of stripping the entire body and repainting it, so I can choose a whole new color. I've always been fond of the dark green mica.....
New wheels while it's down.
-Looking to spend around 1 grand wheels and tires. 9-10 inches in back, 8ish in front, 17's or 18's
New fuel system
-Lex afm 100ish
-Injectors 350
-Walbro 100ish
-AFPR price on these?
-Anything else?
Possibly a piggy back ecu, or just SAFC and all that shiz.
-500-1000?
New black light weight racing seats
-500-700
Paint interior parts black (carpet, dash, panels, ect.)
-50ish plus time?
New lip
-200ish
Possibly aftermarket side skirts
-250ish?
3pc spoiler
-150
New intercooler and piping?
-400ish?
Rear seat delete, and custom stereo system
-We'll see.
Total not including motor and paint:
4300ish...
Money that will be going to the car monthly
about 500.
Option two:
Buy a FULLYYYYYYYYY BUILT race motor from my buddy for DIRT CHEAP, pay him off in payments, and have money for nothing else pretty much.
I dunno.
I might borrow some money from my parents and just get shit done.
It's going to be down for awhile.
Any advice on money saving, money making (anyone need pictures done?), advice on direction?
