I just installed Ksport Kontrol coil overs on my car. Let me be the first to tell you they are awesome. They have 36 way dampening, and full height adjustability front and back. I odered the rates15/kg front and 10/kg rear. The car is riding like it was meant to ride IMHO.I drove in the bumpiest roads I could find in NYC the fisrt test to try to see if they were to harsh, but the car felt like a dream. It handled flawlessly and is not bouncey, or to harsh nor did it lose control. These are a must have, and can be had for the price of konis and Eibachs a price of 785.00 shipped.

Anyone wanting a set can pm me to get started. I reccomend 15/10 spring rates

man i cant stand people that take a 20-50$ price diff. over the customer service gained when buying from a local dealer. Who's gonna cover shipping on items for warranty or service? Whos gonna have the box and the time to stay in good contact with that dealer? jeeze sorry rant off

i dont mind paying more at a local shop if the service is good. sofar most cases the service sucks. i dont buy alot of car parts local, ive tried alot of motorcycle shops though and had no luck.

they all suck and never have my parts and have to order them anyways. why pay more just to wait for them to oder it and then have to go back to get it. i can order online cheaper and have it right at my door.

also, its a different Kid at the counter every time i go in there. the kids working the counter know no thing, order wrong parts and argue they are right lol. ive tried all the local shops and they are all the same. so i base my opinion on experiences ive had with local shops.

20-50$ is alot of money to spend if you can get the exact same thing for less. from my experiences a company will pay shipping for in warranty stuff anyways. ive also never seen a shop take a part in return under warranty. they will say 'use the warranty' and expect you to deal with the company from then on.

K sport has very crappy service and its really hard to get a warrantee on them. I just went through the hassel on my brothers S13 where the coil overs blew in 4-6 months, and it was a huge pain to get replacments and it took another 2+ moths to get.

I talked to the Ksport Manufaturer and they say as long as you have a proof of purchase reciept they will honor everything but issues related to misinstallation or rally racing abuse! I have called them numerous times and they are very friendly and prompt. I have nothing but great remarks about the response and servicerendered to me thus far. I have themonfor 2weeks now and they are perfect. What ever problems anyone has had is not manifesting in the ones I have.Herein NY 3 other people aretesting them foryou to see the out come as well. The first test subject isme and all is well!
Installing is pretty easy. Anyonethat installsthem needsto rememberto only tightenthelowerperch until thespring is snug. I hear some pepople saying that they tighten them snug, and use a wrench to tighten them 2-3 more turns. Already doing this changes how they are set to ride. You onlyneedtomake them snug whiththe wheels off ofthe ground, any extra turns messes things up.The ride iscomfortablenotharsh or bouncey. This is how our cars were meant to ride IMHO.Ihighlt reccomend the15/10 spring rate of which I have.:naughty: :biglaugh:
