Koyo radiator cap

I bought a Koyo radiator for my MK3. What radiator cap do you recommend? The stock PSI is 13, but what about a Greddy one:

Greddy high-pressure radiator caps are OEM style radiator caps, which means they screw on just like the factory radiator caps. Not only does the metal GReddy Badge on the cap dress up your engine compartment, but the 1.3kg/cm2 (18.5psi) pressure rating increases the performance of your radiator.

Any suggestions?

Up to 450 HP. There is the TRD rad cap too. I am wondering if increasing the pressure from stock 13 PSI to 18.5 PSI has any detrimental effects ?
