As i have learned on SM take one Injector plug out at a time if the noise goes away then the plug for that cylinder is out has a knock.
Knock Noise @ 1900 RPM??

Both ways are obviously not sure fire ways of determining a rod knock but but beats pulling the pan off. Plus you can kinda verify in about what area it is in.
