HP doesnt really mean shit with muscle cars LOL. i had a 5.0 with a freakin folder full of mods. it looked mean LOL. i like the fox mustangs.. any who i only had 294hp but 390 almost 400tq. i wallked srt4's and stock sti's and stupid people that cant drive evos. oh man the 3.73 feel good with a TKO 600 behind it :biglaugh: Whipple's are Bad ass they sound really cool. Wheeee wheeeee like that LOL:aigo:

Torque wins standing races not roll races. But it helps.

Torque wins races - to a point. Power is great up until the point that the tires start to spin, then it's a waste.

even tho its stock the 7m feels pretty torquey off boost compared to the srt4.

The 7m is a torque monster, unlike my 1jz that I had, but the jz made up for it after 6000 rpm's.

HP = work but without Torque, nothing will happen (Hp= Work,TQ=Force, RPM = Time). Torque is a force that without TIME (very very important) is does not produce any work (put a 1 lbs weight on your breaker bar that measures 1 ft, means 1 ft/lbs. Problem is the weight is hanging there and not moving. A Force but no work is done). HP and Torque are related. You can have torque but no work done. But you CAN NOT have HP without the Force * time (simple work equation).

Gearing is the main deciding factor in the torque vs HP debate...
