I think I have a very simple win-win solution for the eco-conscious Californians who keep passing senseless legislation and who are now responsiblle for the sickingly frivolous anti-automaker lawsuit.

I propose that all automakers simply agree to no longer sell new cars in the state of California. That way, the car manufacturers can no longer be held accountable for auto related pollution and can also escape allegations supported by weird science which puts 100% of the responsibility for a poorly understood global warming on them.

While we're at it, California beats on the forest products industry with environmental laws so silly it boggles the mind, therefore I propose every paper maker, table producer, particleboard and construction material company also refuse to no longer sell any of these products in California.

There are other industries that they beat on with senseless eco-emotion, as well. I propose any of these respond the same way.

It's really a win-win. Consumers in the rest of the country will no longer have to foot the bill for the price increases associated with these laws and lawsuits. Meanwhile, California could exist in the happy little eutopia they want, complete with all the fuzzy little bunnies scampering happily about. They could enjoy having no way to get anywhere, and with no toilet paper to complete the job, and no reason to go to work, because there wouldn't be a desk to sit at or a paper to sign. Yes, they could all sit at home and think deep thoughts, because that accomplishes sooooo much.

Seems like a good idea to me. Whatcha think?
