I cleaned up the fuel rail today and pulled the injectors. I don't plan to upgrade them at this time, but I was a little mystified as to why some were different than others.

As you can see, the last two are different. The second-to-last one is missing the rubber cap (ring?) at the top of the injector. The last one has a glue residue all over the cap at the top, which is damaged and is a different color than the rest. The glue got into the plug, and I ended up breaking the plug to get the injector free :3d_frown: The o-ring at the bottom of this injector is not black like the rest either. And the rubber ring above the o-ring is missing. Aren't they all suppose to be identical? Can I replace the o-rings and rubber caps? Should I take them somewhere to have them checked and cleaned, or can I do this myself?
thanks!
