Keep the Bomex front bumper or trade for 89+ w/ lip???

Pre-89 nose (there, I said it).

89+ looks good, but IMHO it just isn't as clean and doesn't flow with the lines of the body like the pre-89 nose.

I am always shocked when I hear people swapping for the post 89 nose. I would expect the opposite swap.

I guess beauty really is in the eye of the beholder.

As an alternative, you could modify the bomex. I prefer the way it looks without the vents:

89+ bumper with lip. Easy decision. The bomex doesn't look bad but an 89+ bumper with a lip will look more balanced since you don't have sides or rears.

I think it looks great as it now or like he said just get the sides/rears and you be all set.

I haven't made my mind up yet, but I may decide to sell my Bomex sides and rears. It kinda depends on what it is gonna cost me to mold them in.

Though the Bomex is rare, I find the rounded corners mess up the lines of the front. My preference is the 89+ or the 89- with a lip and the license plate filled in. A Turbo A duct ia a big plus in both.

I say go with the 89+ and a lip. I like a more stock look, but that's just me.

Finish the bomex kit and it will look perfect. I personaly want a greddy with a turbo-A duct. I want a nice mix of form and function.

No offense... But that bomex bumper reminds me of a ricer's car.. Its the air thing on the side of the bumper that kills my taste to it. JUST that side air flow thing. I like the greddy one better.

Hate to say, but if you do live in Hawaii, it is going to be very expensive to ship. But, that would be up to you.

I love how mean Nick's car looks with the lip. I want to do the same thing. Bomex bumper honestly looks kind of ricer.
