yea my friend in class was telling me just to make one that looked good
'cause it would doin the same job as a more expensive one.
so, i think i might just do that....but make it look good and go with a nice color scheme...=0)

GREAT...........when I bought my car a few years ago, it came w/ the K&N breather kit on it. I didn't think twice about it. So basically if I keep the filters clean I'll be alright, I'll just have a messy engine bay? Atleast until I get a catch can.

I couldn't imagine running air filters on the valve covers. I take the oil filler cap off mine and I can see the blow-by comming out! Looks like a fine white mist.

yea that's what i saw pouring out of the valve cover nipples where the whole connecting piece was missing...
i was like ....is that normal?

i thought that was condensation of cold outside air hitting the hot air from the engine.

i don't know why they would have that piping on there stock?
it's not exactly healthy for the intake and shit

cant be too unhealthy though, considering mine is still running fine stock. but thats NOT gonna stop me from putting a catch can on it

Hood came from some car in Euuuuuurope. It was white (obviously). Previous owner felt the need to just paint the outer part of the hood.

Yeah, it's teh suxxors, but my car is getting painted soon so I'm not too worried about it. ;)

:EDIT: Oh, YES, don't worry, the outside of the hood is blue, LOL.

I would NEVER drive around with a white hood. :eek3:
