jza70 seat rails.. ??

I've been researching and I was wondering if anyone knew whether or not the jza70 recaros use the stock supra rails or if you HAVE to have the recaro/ or equivalent rails..

It seems recaro no longer makes or even have these in stock, obviously I can have some fabricated but insight would be greatly appreciated.

If by using stock rails you mean the same as in the stock US supra seats then no. Since the Recaro's are non-power the rails are very different. It might be possible to adapt a set of US seat rails to the Recaro's, but not without alot of work.
