hows it goin guys, never thought id ever be actually posing in this section. ive recently parted my engine bay after a blew another hg and gave up and wanted to move on. where have some of you guys gotten your clips from besides jarco and driftmotion? just wondering if theres anything here in or around jersey or in the northeast

correct me if im wrong clips also usually come with the motor, trans, wiring harness, ecu, and a full engine bay correct?

and i believe the jz's run on a serp. belt correct? im sure i can cross referance belts for no ac or ps? correct, cause my car isnt set up for that stuff and hasnt been in god knows how long, thanks for the imput

i know they're on ebay and i've talked to them in person, seem like they know what they're doing. Maybe in the future i could deal with them. I know they do swaps there too.

Dude! I'm in Belleville NJ! I'll help with the swap because i will be doing it soon myself I would stick with driftmotion because Aaron is the MAN! He helped me out with 99% of my questions right off the bad so my money will go to him.

As for shipping, it can be as low as $300-$400
Find a freight carrier that has a shipment from CA to your area, and has room for a clip and they will gladly take something small like a clip and charge you for it. Otherwise they loose 300-400 bux for nothing.

id use drift motion but i dont think thell ship to canada and even if they did i could do a 2jz swap for the price of S&H

I deal with JDM exchange as they are from my old hood in Philly,im in florida now. Nick is the owner and has a nice set up i dont think they are 2 advanced with the 1j swap but they have some nice looking enginsets. I also sell engine sets at Grip Industries in Florida so we keep in touch and help each other out.

I always recomend if possible to buy your stuff where you can actually see it and pick it out that way you get everything you want in one shot. Saves on shipping plus if you have a problem you know them personely and you dont have to pay shipping back and forth to correct it.

Congrats on you guys catching on to the 1j thing in that area.
